C.E.M.P. is comprised of volunteers who want to give back, contribute and help the community. We take pride in the fact that the LAPD screens every individual and vets every person who has a desire to join our team. We come from all walks of life; doctors, lawyers, mechanics, waiters, UPS drivers, firemen, policemen, teachers, therapists, website designers, grocery workers, and more. We have members in their early ’20s and late ’70s and we all contribute the best way we know how.
